These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clearcutskin.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Clearcut ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Clearcut is operated from Carrera 14 #100, 110111 Bogotá DC, Colombia. Our store is hosted on Shopify. You can contact us at mikhail.parra@hotmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

3. Products

Our products are cosmetic skincare products and personal-care devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and instructions, perform a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration and colors may vary slightly.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

5. Shipping, duties and risk

Orders ship from Colombia. Shipping times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties or fees may apply to international orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's confirmed delivery address.

6. Returns and refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Clearcut or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
