Where we ship

We ship to Colombia and the United States.

Shipping to the United States

Orders ship from Colombia. Shipping cost and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to U.S. import duties, taxes or carrier fees. When these charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you pay. Otherwise, they may be collected by the carrier at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at mikhail.parra@hotmail.com with your order number and we will help you as described in our Refund Policy.
